What We Accept

• Small business owners and entrepreneurs
• Community events and organizations
• Products and services that are legal, honest, and ethical

What We Do NOT Accept

• Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Hate speech, harassment, or extremist content
• Illegal products or services
• Adult content or explicit material
• Anything that promotes harm, violence, or exploitation

Ad Approval Process

All advertisements are reviewed before they go live. Submitting payment does not guarantee placement. We reserve the right to reject any ad that does not align with our values or community standards.

Sponsored Content & Transparency

Sponsored content will always be clearly labeled. Sponsors do not control editorial decisions, coverage, or opinions.

Advertising Behavior Rules

• No false or misleading claims
• No impersonation of individuals or organizations
• No targeting or harassment of individuals or groups
• No political manipulation or coordinated disinformation

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate removal of ads without refund and permanent suspension of advertising privileges on TVOTT Hillbilly News.
